When you connect your Garmin or Strava account, we:

• Access your activity data to track your running progress
• Sync workout information to provide personalized insights
• Only access data you explicitly authorize
• Do not share your data with unauthorized third parties

How We Use Your Information

• To match you with compatible running partners
• To provide training recommendations and insights
• To facilitate crew and group features
• To improve our services and user experience

We also use third-party AI (including OpenAI) for a few product features, such as summarizing or structuring text you already work with in the app. We send only what is needed for that task. We do not send your name, email, Garmin user ID, or other direct identifiers to OpenAI for those features. Garmin Connect sign-in and sync run through Garmin’s systems and our servers—not through sending your identity to OpenAI.
